World Health Day is celebrated every year on April 7 to mark the establishment of the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1948. This day aims to spread awareness about important global health issues and encourage people to pay attention to their physical and mental well-being. A healthy life depends not only on proper medication but also on daily habits and routines.

Annual Theme

Each year, a specific theme is chosen to highlight a major health concern affecting people worldwide, such as disease prevention, mental health, or access to healthcare. This year’s theme, “Together for health. Stand with science,” emphasizes the importance of collective efforts and scientific guidance in improving health outcomes.

Celebration at ARIES

Our institute, ARIES, also celebrated World Health Day to highlight the importance of collective well-being and the role of science in promoting a healthier society. We sought guidance from researchers and scientists on how they maintain their mental and physical health despite their heavy research work and hectic schedules.
